My name is Jason Carithers, Owner of CarZmedics. I was born and raised in a small town (Circleville, Ohio)
My passion for everything cars evolved from my father being a car salesman at Jim Houseman Ford driving home demo vehicles, to my step-father taking me slot car racing and owning various muscle cars, to my Uncle who was a turn flagger for the Indy Car circuit and got me interested in model cars at the young age of 5.
My first job was a Customer Service Rep at Big Bear Grocery, this is where I developed my customer service skills that have paid off in my business. I served in the United States Navy aboard the U.S.S. Dwight D. Eisenhower from 94-96, after discharging from the Navy, I started my career for a franchise offering paint repair, but after 2 years I quickly realized I was limited advancement and moved on to establish my own brand, CarZmedics.
In 1998, as a cosmetic repair business, I was primarily servicing car dealerships providing rock chip repair, scratch repair, and bumper repair. I was fortunate enough to do work for one of the largest used car wholesalers in the nation. As I constantly studied the industry and researched the market for innovation, I have found a business model that suits my clients' needs and we have fun all at the same time.
